The SEE MMS consists of the following Work Packages (WPs)

WP1 - Transnational Project Management and Coordination

WP2 - Communication and dissemination

WP3 - Capacity building, training and study visits.

- to fully utilize the existing knowledge/ experience on Mobility Management (MM) for the benefit of the SEE cities in order to create favorable conditions for the successful implementation of (MM) measures.

WP4 - Best practice Mobility Management

- to analyze and transfer good Mobility Management (MM) practices and to research feasibility conditions and how to cope with obstacles. Activities will give the opportunity to explore best practices from European cities and regions, to search for specific mobility and urban transport solutions and to be informed about the state of the art in mobility and transport issues.

WP5 - Establishment and operation of the SEE MMS & MCs

-to establish Mobility Centres (MC), shaped after a model of a service point of information on all questions of mobility and transport. A MC initiates, organizes and provides mobility services for individuals and organizations and is the most important instrument of MM on the urban/regional level. It serves as a focus point for the supply side in the sense of co-operation of different transport providers and for the demand side in the sense of the integration of different mobility services.

WP6 - Development of the SEE MM Network of MCs

-to create the SEE MMS Network of Mobility Centers and to further interlink existing or under development Mobility Centers into the developed network. To this end SEE MMS will develop an innovative information platform to collect and to interlink all data and available knowhow in the project area and to set a milestone in informational and promotional measures for a sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility all over Europe.

WP7 - SEE MMS Sustainability

- to ensure the sustainability of the measures implemented during the project and to further developing a regional policy methodology for the efficient application of Mobility Management (MM) Measures in European Cities.
